Meditation - an exercise for the mind

Returning to the question of how to save and where to get the energy, I want to say a few words about meditation.

Psychologists, and teachers of different practices know:

WHERE IS ATTENTION

THERE IS ENERGY

Where is the attention the most?

Usually on objects of the world: family, work, shopping, movies, animals, flowers, books, even interesting. Even at the time of an action focus is often on other things and often in a different time.

For example, during lunch time, few people realize that they want to eat at this time. Selected from the range offered in the dining room or coffee shop, rather than what you want.

If we listen to the body, it always indicates that wishes and that would be better. Also in the mind spinning like a swarm of bees, thoughts, memories of the past or the future and plans for the future, and not always justified criticism of yourself or others people.

All this is done, instead of full dinner. A fully - not just wave a spoon, but the attention to be at least at the time of the meal for yourself. After all, our body needs not only nutritious natural nutrients, but also energy. And energy - is precisely the attention.

There exist meditation just aimed at purifying your mind from the so-called "mental garbage" - a state of "all that I see and what I think, I say."

This also contributes to a special variety of distractions that seek to influence a person's mind through his senses: hearing, sight, smell, and touch.

Hence the variety of advertising in various designs, various tastings. For the attention of a man fighting many commercial and political structures in order to enter into his mind, to take its place and get yourself its share of attention and thus energy.

Meditation aimed at cleansing the mind, to study the nature of the mind and thoughts their nature, to help get beyond the usual perception of the world, to learn how to explore their inner world.

During meditation, the attention seemed tied to the breath. A breath going on inside your body. This allows you to keep quiet within yourself and energize.

At this time just might start the healing process of the physical body, restore emotional stability and peace of mind.

I would like to say a few sessions should not expect instant results. But this is possible with a regular practice.

Intuition - the main female mind

Intuition - the main female mind that many women ignore.

And if the "mind" does not apply to destination, it is like a muscle that does not work, begins to atrophy.

Logical arguments people make on the basis of known or external scientific facts, experiments, research, laws. In this case, all the attention is directed outward to the external, most often on the sources of information, at least on - energy information.

Currently the society for the most part is logical.

But sometimes human logic just starts to break down when faced with the fact that we can not explain and understand, "How can that be? This should be so and so because ..... In general, this can not be. "Probably heard similar statements from yourr friends or themselves have been in this situation.

And then start searching for a kind of conventional truth (at your outstanding issue in the logical thinking).


You can read dozens of books and hundreds, learn other people's experience on this issue, but it also happens, someone or something in whispers at first, then says, and only then shout: "This is not your answer! It's not what you need! Listen to me, I know how to be, what to do. "

And then the focus turns inward. And o miracle! Question, the situation is solved, and the solution often seems simple, easy and, most importantly, your own.



But after a whilemany people once again forget about their inner source of information. And walking around the circle starts again. Most often, this forgetfulness is for three reasons:

- A lot of outside distractions that do not give the time or effort or energy to apply to your inner voice, your feelings and just listen to yourself.

- Lack of confidence in yourself, your intuition. Instead of intuition turned the feeling that there is a clever uncle who knows better than I how  to do, what to do and how shall I live. But my uncle is in fact an expert for himself and his life. And you - the expert, author and director of your life.


- Doubts that the inner voice is telling the truth to you. The solution to a difficult question sometimes comes so simple and easy that the mind simply refuses to believe it. There is a deep conviction that solving critical issues have to be difficult, requiring maximum overhead.

What to do?

- To find the time to transfer your attention on yourself, learn to listen to yourself (observe the sensations, sounds, thoughts, desires, goals, their lives, aware of their actions)

- Spend more time in nature;


- To learn to trust yourself, your intuition. One of the easiest ways to exercise: While watching a movie to watch your thoughts, feelings about the further development of events in the film after 5, 10, 15 minutes. Make your prediction of events in the film. Thus, the film is used as a safe exercise for intuition,  and sooner intuition eventually will become your main mind.
