Meditation - an exercise for the mind

Returning to the question of how to save and where to get the energy, I want to say a few words about meditation.

Psychologists, and teachers of different practices know:

Where is the attention the most?

Usually on objects of the world: family, work, shopping, movies, animals, flowers, books, even interesting. Even at the time of an action focus is often on other things and often in a different time.

For example, during lunch time, few people realize that they want to eat at this time. Selected from the range offered in the dining room or coffee shop, rather than what you want.

This also contributes to a special variety of distractions that seek to influence a person's mind through his senses: hearing, sight, smell, and touch.

Hence the variety of advertising in various designs, various tastings. For the attention of a man fighting many commercial and political structures in order to enter into his mind, to take its place and get yourself its share of attention and thus energy.

Meditation aimed at cleansing the mind, to study the nature of the mind and thoughts their nature, to help get beyond the usual perception of the world, to learn how to explore their inner world.

During meditation, the attention seemed tied to the breath. A breath going on inside your body. This allows you to keep quiet within yourself and energize.

At this time just might start the healing process of the physical body, restore emotional stability and peace of mind.

I would like to say a few sessions should not expect instant results. But this is possible with a regular practice.

Yoga


 Why a woman needs to practice yoga? What benefit it (yoga) is able to bring to the female body?

1.Most importantly, regular practice is able to save us from any discomfort in the critical days. Yes, yes, do not be surprised! Actually, painless critical days - this is normal and is physiological. The practice of asana relieves the body as a whole, and the pelvic area in particular, from the stresses and - here you go, no discomfort.
This was the case with me about 4 months after the yoga classes have become regular, I noticed that the "women's days" are going completely painless, even unnoticed! Not immediately this phenomenon is associated in my mind with yoga, but later there were cases where, in the absence of regular practice the discomfort came back. Then I traced the relationship.

2. Meditation, ability to work with your own mind, keep track of your thoughts and reactions - all of which help to control our emotional state, which is unstable in nature. Yoga provides the tools with which a woman learns to cope with stress, be more relaxed and balanced.

3. All of us - mothers, in the future or in the present. Practice should help the woman to prepare successfully  for the child's conception, it is easy and pleasant way to recover effectively  after childbirth. And really - the procedure relating to the implementation of women as mothers are very popular - they really work and help us!





Beauty

We think that love, beauty - it is our personal touch. For example, she believes that if she's beautiful, it means that beauty belongs to her. But why beauty disappears somewhere after a while? The girl is ugly with age, she can not keep this beauty. Someone was very beautiful, and then suddenly becomes ugly. We age all this notice. We can not keep the beauty, because it is not ours. She can come to us or to leave, according to our fate. Therefore, we should not think that beauty - it's our personal thing. In fact, the beauty belongs to God. This means that a person who believes in God, serve Him, will find spiritual beauty. And this spiritual beauty will bless, and do a beautiful body. Such beauty with age no longer disappears
