Thoughts on the global popularity and millions of fees come in every other head, but Oprah Winfrey was able to realize their dreams in life. A simple girl from the Negro ghetto, who grew up without a father. Who could have predicted that within a few decades she will be the star of America and the billionaire into the bargain? At the cost of hell to work, intuition and faith in herselve unable to Oprah Winfrey to achieve such success. 

She never changed her personality, adjusting to the requirements of others, did not go for short-term profits as in the construction of her career, and in relations

"Do not try to change yourself for a relationship that is not destined to emerge. Love yourself

About what do you think when you wake up every morning?Are you satisfied with what you fell inside you? Is it anger, love or another felling? 
Every day is an opportunity to change something, espesially to love yourself. I want to encourage you to find in your heart a love to your personality, body, character. If you will begin building of your temple of love to yourself in your heart, you will see the difference very soon. 

Self-love is one of the most important felling witch can woman have. Our imperfaction make our personality and our with the self-love we can accept us the way we are. With love insisde us we can give love to the hole world and to the people around us. Life is a gift and the chance to understand how to love and accept the imperfection.
  It is our responsibility to do this. God gave us a life and body and we have to love us, firstly because God created us with perfect love of his own. Start the changes now and the changes are going to come. 
TODAY IS THE THE MOST HAPPIER DAY OF YOUR LIFE BECAUSE YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO LOVE YOURSELF! There is no tomorrow or yesterday, only Today.

Tips for getting balance in your life

• - Pamper yourself and get a massage or tale a bath
• - Spend time with your pets
• - Spend time in nature: at parks, beaches or just in the garden. Take your shoes off and connect with mother nature.
• - Make sure you get eniugh sleep at night. Otherwise take a short power nap during the day.
• - Meditate or sit quietly, just focusining on your breath for 20 minutes.
• - Do some exercise! Exercise is a great way to release endorphins, fell-good chemicals in the body that reduces stress.
• - Be productive. Make a list of things you have to do for the day and organise the list by importance. In this way you can take care of things before they become a problem.

P.S. I tried this on my own practice and I began to have more free time and the time that I spent for the everyday things reduced sharply.

All you need is passion

Passion takes you places… Passion is something that can motivate you into action. Procrastination is something that prevents you from living your passion and ultimately deprives you of achieving your dreams. Be careful not to get stuck in the trap of procrastination! Procrastination is when you intend to do something but somehow never get around to doing it. We all know that feeling! You keep putting something off or you keep making up excuses not to do it.

By procrastinating you are reaffirming the belief that you can’t achieve your goals. The first thing you should do so you can understand the real problem behind your procrastination is to identify those self-limiting beliefs that are holding you back. It could be that you don’t think you have the skills to complete a project or that you’re scared of failure. The only way to eliminate these limiting thoughts is through action, even if it may seem daunting at first. No successful man or woman you admire got to where they are by doing nothing. Say to yourself, “There is nothing stopping me from achieving my dreams!” Once you embrace your innermost passion, it will stay with you for life.

Take some time to work out what really excites and inspires you. Discover what you would be prepared to do every day even for free! When you are following your passion, it won’t even seem like work to you. Passionate people feel alive with their unwavering sense of direction in life. They exude an innate confidence and feel like they have total command of their world.

Treasure yourself

ONE OF THE MOST VITAL things you can do to increase your confidence and welcome challenge is to find your passion. With passion comes belief, determination, and a willingness to trust in your instincts. I believe that deep down we all know what we are passionate about. Sometimes we hide it behind the needs of others and deny what we truly feel inside.

I know many people who seemed to know what they wanted to do from an early age and now love the career they chose. Other people are on a search and may find themselves along many career paths before they stick to one that makes them happy. If you haven’t found your passion yet, try not to get disheartened. Sometimes if you are going down a twisted path with lots of curves and bends, it still leads you to the exact place you need to be—it just takes a little longer. If you go down one career path and then change to another, all that knowledge can add depth to what you are doing now, making your set of skills more unique. There is no such thing as knowledge wasted. I always believe that everything happens at the perfect time.

Define yourself… I think we need to come up with our own definition of success and not let others define it for us. We can also fall into the trap of letting others set our goals for us. Some people define success as accumulating a vast amount of wealth or achieving wide recognition, but it’s important to ask yourself, will these things make you truly happy? I believe success is when you feel content with who you are and what you offer to the world. I like this quote by John R. Wooden: Success is peace of mind which is a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing you did your best to become the best you are capable of becoming.

If you want to be a doctor or a writer, the choice should be yours. Remember, you’re the one who has to live your life—nobody else.

I am passionate about health and wellness. I feel strongly about understanding the true nature of our bodies and the essence of what life is about. To me there is nothing more exciting than studying ways in which we can make the most of who we are and the body we have been given.

How to remain a mystery in the eyes of man?

"A woman has to be a secret ..." - we all have heard the phrase. And many women and even men put there some mystical sense. The mysterious woman is attractive, she's special, she attracts her charm, it is a mystery that you want to solve! In married this mystery goes somewhere, and the woman said some men become like an "open book." Why is that? Frankly, dear women, it is our fault . 

The mystery and mystique of women starts with the simplest things. It is important to see the beauty of a man and of a woman and it is not necessary to know what it is made. So remember a few rules, which is absolutely NOT worth doing if you want to keep your mystical and wonderful nature in the eyes of men.

- DO NOT walk around the house in an old, dirty and crumpled clothes. In Vedic times for the house was bought the most beautiful clothes. A man came home, and the woman met him in a beautiful dress, so she always remained for him the most beautiful and attractive! A man loves his eyes, and even stunningly beautiful woman does not dye an old-stained robe ...

• - DO NOT walk around the house wearing masks and other accessories that shape our beauty. Man thinks that your natural beauty, and he did not need to know what we use, to maintain it . This is completely destroys our image in the eyes of men. When we see a beautiful flower - we do not need to know how photosynthesis takes place ... we just want to admire it as a miracle, not a set of chemical elements.

• - DO NOT allow your men to see our intimate side of beauty, that is, keep on top of pads, tampons, hang on the battery underwear - NOT worth it. The intimate nature of women is completely sacral.

• - DO NOT put on makeup, nails cut, curl in front of men - our beauty secrets - and they ONLY OUR exclusively for women.

• -  DO NOT expresse rude and crony words - is much destroys the female energy and lowers you in the eyes of men. 

That is why in the old days women had a separate side of the house, and all  secrets remained there. To her husband she was going out a beautiful, well-groomed. And he did not see all that she does to maintain this beauty! And in today's world, a woman does not even have her room, where she can keep their secrets. But I think every one of us can try and find a way to keep our little feminine mystery ... 

Some time ago I read an interview with Sophia Loren, and I understood why so many years it retained its charm and charm. She said: "Every morning I get up around 6:00 am, while my pets sleep, and two hours I spend on something that would bring myself up, I take a bath, use a cream, make-up, hair ... And when everyone gets up - I've had a look and feel of beautiful woman!", I wish you success and dexterous skills to the conservation of its female secrets! And let your man for you will always remain desirable, interesting and unsolved mystery!

My inspiration

What do I want from this blog? - I asked myself before creating it! 

The main thing that I wanted from it was that it helped me to know my purpose, become more feminine. I want to be a Woman, with my own dignity and principles in life. To be a diva, to have power which is mine from nature. To be a  Lady, to change my thoughts in this condition of mind. One more thing why this blog has place to be is I want all women all around the world to become confident in their woman-power. 

My inspiration for this blog became my Mother and Beyonce. 

My Mother is an astonishing woman, she can combine work and home together. She has also time to decoration of house, to designing new clothe to herself and me, and she never lose heart no matter what problem is. She is very religious person and every day try to find time to God. She is so bright, like a sun in our home, around her I  want to be like her and shine as bright as she.

Another Woman as I sad was Beyonce. My metting with her changed my life and the knowledge about woman. When you are standing next to her you fell such energy, power that you cann't even describe it. The way that she presents herself, is incredible.

The energy on her concerts is so strong that I charged with it for a whole year. Mrs. Carter makes the women be proud to be them, not to hide their personality, inspire them to change themselves and to share the love to everyone around.

 She is Woman and she is proud to be one. 

She is so feminine and so bossy at the same time. She loves herself in all aspects. 

Her body is not like a super-model but her figure is making crazy millions of men and women all around the world. In every move in evry step, you can see that she is a Woman and that she is ohnered to be  Woman. She inspire all other women to be indipendent, self-secure and TO RUN THE WORLD!(like she do). 

Another aspect why i am so inspired by her, is that she has a wonderful marriage. Beyonce and Jay-Z is a couple which gave me a view how I want my family and marriage to be. Their Love is an incredible thing to show-business, where such strong couples are very rare thing. Today I thought such love is only in movies but no it exists. He made her a Woman and "when people see her, they understand that it's me". She is a real Diva and Legendary Woman, and every year she is better abd better like a wine which is better with age!

P.S. I can write about my MOM and BEYONCE more and more. I will never stop to admire them.

The Purpose of Women

In Vedic culture, women have always been very honored. It all started from birth a girl. In Sanskrit "diva" means divine. It was believed that the girl is born perfect, and it is the main task - to maintain its cleanliness. In this case, the girl initially by their nature are much closer to God than the boys - as cut from the ministry. And from the birth try to serve, help completely disinterested. Service -  is a women's purpose.

In all traditional cultures, it was, but somewhere else is.

There are even a few facts about the female nature, as described in the Vedas:

1. Feelings of women is 6 times stronger than that of men

2. A woman's mind is 9 times stronger than the men

3. The woman consists of service - she always wants to help someone

4. The girl has great power - the power of chastity, able to resist all kinds of malefices

5. Woman gives birth to children

In ancient times, everyone knew that the girl is born perfect. Her did not try to alter or otherwise citified. She had been taught to accept their feminine nature. They are very much praised, even pampered. At the same time develop their natural talents. Dressed up, made a lot of compliments. And so the girls learned to maintain their self-esteem.

Now things happen differently. Women do not realize their original fullness, so all the time trying to develop something yourself, work on yourself like a man. Set goals, plans, objectives, and go to them, training dedication, willpower, determination. Qualities that are essentially masculine.

Whenever we think of our female destiny, about the nature of how the world is changing. When we have a sense of self-esteem (but not arrogance!), People treat us differently.

A woman with dignity, can be happy. And this happiness is like a magnet, attracts people to her. In her life come a great men because they like to be close to such sun. The  friends appeare  - because she has something to share with people. Next to a mother  children blossom- they see that adult life is full of happiness and love.

A woman wants to do even happier than she is. Because she already knows how to be happy. And even if a man does not get to make her even happier, she in any case remain happy! Win-win lottery in which it is impossible not to play.

Such a woman is able to make happy those who are near her. When you're full, you easily share happiness - because you have a lot of it.

And it all starts at the point when you realize that you were born is perfect. And all that is needed - remember how it was. Its purpose - the purpose of Women!

Beauty

We think that love, beauty - it is our personal touch. For example, she believes that if she's beautiful, it means that beauty belongs to her. But why beauty disappears somewhere after a while? The girl is ugly with age, she can not keep this beauty. Someone was very beautiful, and then suddenly becomes ugly. We age all this notice. We can not keep the beauty, because it is not ours. She can come to us or to leave, according to our fate. Therefore, we should not think that beauty - it's our personal thing. In fact, the beauty belongs to God. This means that a person who believes in God, serve Him, will find spiritual beauty. And this spiritual beauty will bless, and do a beautiful body. Such beauty with age no longer disappears
